Law enforcement arrest reports

Burns, Butch Allen, 18, 401 N. Cedar, Redfield, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Dec. 5, 2009 at 1:19 a.m. for criminal restraint and minor in possession of alcohol. He was released the same day at 2:26 a.m. on a $1500 bond.

Wessley, Jayson Lee, 46, 626 N. Hoffman, Nevada, Mo., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Dec. 5, 2009 at 9:02 a.m. to serve a two day sentence. He was released on Dec. 7, 2009 at 9:02 a.m. for time served.

WIllet, Billy Wayne, 28, 408 Lowman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott police Department on Dec. 6, 2009 at 4:04 p.m. for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released the same day at 7:53 p.m. on a $2500 bond.

Ellis, Jade Duel, 20, 417 Wheeling, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Dec. 7, 2009, at 11:03 a.m. for minor in possession of alcohol. He was released on the same day at 11:56 a.m. on a $2500 bond.

Jones, Jerald Ross, 55, 122 E. Wall St., Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Dec. 7, 2009 at 11:34 p.m. on a McPherson County warrant. He was released on the same day at 11:34 p.m. on a $56.50 bond.

Calix, Santos Max, 41, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Dec. 10, 2009 at 7:21 p.m. for driving while suspended, transporting an open container and driving under influence of alcohol. He was released on Dec. 10 at 11:11 p.m. on a $2500 bond.

McHenry, Kelly Reann, 21, 2024 Conner St., Joplin, Mo., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Dec. 11, 2009 at 2:41 a.m. for possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on Dec. 11 at 12:12 p.m.

Hiatt, Carrson Paul, 19, 706 Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Dec. 11, 2009 at 10:01 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released on the same day at 12:03 p.m.

Miller, Robert Linn, 24, 304 N. Grant, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Dec. 13, 2009 at 2:06 a.m. for First Degree Murder. He is still being held at this time.
