USD 234 conducting preschool screenings December 11

Children may have vision, hearing, speech and communication, motor skills, socialization skills, and general development screened.

The purpose of the screenings is to locate and identiy children with possible developmental delays who may need special education preschool and/or related services.

Appointments may be scheduled by calling Darlinda Harris at the Fort Scott Preschool Center, (620) 223-8965, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The deadline for scheduling an appointment is Dec. 4.
