Tatro said YAT does not yet have numbers regarding total expenses and revenues, however they hope to have totals in two or three weeks.
The money made through the event will be used toward funding for the development of Ellis Park, a $4 million project which will include the addition of many different family activities such as basketball courts, batting cages, miniature golf, and baseball diamonds to the existing park.
During Tuesday evening's Fort Scott City Commission meeting YAT received many praises from the commissioners. Two of the five commissioners were in attendance and said they were amazed at how well the event was planned by the committee.
