Law enforcement arrest reports

Brady, Bernard Francis, 49, 802 Shepard No. 2, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 13, 2009 at 8:21 a.m. for driving while suspended, transporting an open container and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. He was released the same day at 8:21 a.m. on Nov. 15, for nothing filed.

Collinge, Adam Benjamin, 29, 223 N. National, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Nov. 13, 2009 at 4:27 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He is still being held at this time.

Weyant, Anthony Wayne, 20, 702 S. Randolph Street, Bronson, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 13, 2009 at 5:50 p.m. to serve a 48 hour sentence and was released on Nov. 15, at 5:50 p.m. for time served.

Coombs, Angel Rebecca, 30, 415 N. Shute, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Nov. 13, 2009 at 7:33 p.m. on a Geary County warrant and was released on the same day at 11:13 p.m. on a $168.45 bond.

Hyer, Richard Coy, 25, 2318 Maple Road, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 13, 2009 at 7:36 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and was released the next day at 12:44 a.m. on a $1500 bond.

Davis, Richard John, 34, 123 S. Eddy, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Nov. 14, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. for criminal trespass and possession of methaphetamine and is still being held at this time.

Jones, Christopher Harrison, 21, 1714 S. Jackson, Joplin, Mo., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Nov. 14, 2009 at 3:12 p.m. for theft and removal of theft protection device and is still being held at this time.

Vega, Elvin, 23, Ne. 140th Street, Stafford, Kan., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 13, 2009 at 4:29 p.m. for return for court and is still being held at this time.
