RUSSELL -- Amy Ecker and Michael Russell, Fort Scott, and big brother Andrew, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Coby William Russell.

Coby was born at 3:32 p.m., Monday, Oct. 4, 2009 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center, Pittsburg, Kan.

Maternal grandparents are William and Valerie Ecker.

Paternal grandparents are Larry and Cheryl Russell.
