Paul Allen Rowley, age 44, resident of Redfield, Kan., died unexpectedly Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, in the Mercy Health Center Emergency Room. There was cremation. Services are under the direction of Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main, Fort Scott.
