Soccer postponed; golf, cross-country canceled

Fort Scott High School's soccer match with Columbus, scheduled for Thursday afternoon at Ellis Park, was postponed until 4:30 p.m. Monday due to the rain making field conditions poor. The Tigers are not scheduled to play prior to Monday.

Fort Scott's girls' golf team was to send three players to Parsons Thursday but rain washed out that event. The Tigers will play in the Girard Class 4A Regional Tournament Monday.

Tiger cross country was scheduled to compete at Independence Thursday. That meet was canceled with no make-up scheduled as of press time. If it is not made up, the Tigers' next outing will be Thursday at the Southeast Kansas Legaue Meet in Chanute.
