Law enforcement arrest reports

Stumfoll, Derek Ryan, 25, 1716 S. Judson, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 5, 2009 at 1:27 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released on the same day at 2:43 p.m. on a $500 cash bond.

Pillion, Carla Denience, 39, 727 S. Judson, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 5, 2009 at 2:50 p.m. for driving while suspended and no insurance. She was released the same day at 5:07 p.m. on a $1,750 bond.

Shadden, Mellanie Lee, 44, 7 S. Crawford, Apt. No. 5, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 5, 2009 at 5:01 p.m. for domestic battery. She was released the next day at 8:14 p.m. on a $1,000 bond.

Johnson, William Avery, 36, 203 N. Broadway, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 6, 2009 at 12:08 a.m. for DUI, driving while suspended, no insurance and illegal vehicle registration. He was released on Sept. 8, 2009 at 12:08 a.m. with nothing filed with the courts.

Kliner, John Dewayne, 65, 117 Quale Drive, Pryor, Okla., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 7, 2009 at 10:45 a.m. on a Neosho County warrant. He was released the same day at 8:38 p.m. on a $5,000 bond.

Mathis, Shaundero Quinte, 25, 917 Chestnut, Leavenworth, Kan., was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office o Sept. 4, 2009 at 12:22 p.m. on multiple Bourbon County warrants. He is still being held at this time.

Pillion, George Jacob, 49, 727 Judson, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 9, 2009 at 7:09 p.m. for domestic battery. He was released the next day on bond.

Morasch, Devon Michael, 20, 602 Horton, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 10, 2009 at 1:15 a.m. for minor in possession of alcohol. He was released the same day at 3:59 a.m. on a $250 bond.

Royal-Bey, Leslie Terrell, 33, 1005 East Oak, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 10, 2009 at 8:34 a.m. for criminal threat, criminal damage and domestic battery. He is still being held at this time.

Lotterer, Jared Wayne, 20, 523 S. Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 11, 2009 at 11:34 a.m. on multiple Bourbon County warrants. He is still being held at this time.

Hull, Seth Eugene, 21, 201 Arthur, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 11, 2009 at 3:35 p.m. on a city of Fort Scott warrant. He is still being held at this time.

Long, Vincent Michael, 32, 1002 S. National, Apt. No. 1, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 12, 2009 at 8 p.m. on a city of Fort Scott warrant. He was released on Sept. 12, 2009 at 9:27 p.m. on a $24 bond.

Egbert, Michael Joseph, 54, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 14, 2009 at 11:41 a.m. to serve five days. He is still being held at this time.

Davis, Micah Jay Riley, 22, 719 S. Eddy, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 14, 2009 at 11:48 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time.

Hay-Mitchell, Melissa Lynn, 36, 877 160th Street, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 14, 2009 at 2:12 p.m. on a Crawford County warrant. She was released to Crawford County on Sept. 14, 2009 at 3:33 p.m.

Carter, Velva Diane, 47, 1233 E. Elm, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 14, 2009 at 8:21 p.m. for driving while suspended and no insurance. She was released the same day at 9:20 p.m. on a $1,750 bond.
