Law enforcement arrest reports

Daugherty, James Bryant, 29, 802 Shepard No. 15, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 25, 2009 at 2:01 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released on the same day at 3:07 p.m. on a $400 bond.

Fulk, Robert Lee, 46, 2370 Limestone Rd., Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 25, 2009 at 11:50 p.m. for DUI and expired registration. He was released the next day at 5:22 a.m. on a $1250 bond.

Carson, Joanna Lee, 33, 305 Church St., Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 26, 2009 at 6:41 p.m. for driving while suspended. She was released the same day at 7:38 p.m. on a $1250 bond.

Morgan, Pamela Ann, 30, 22030 NW 2150 Rd., Garnett, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 27, 2009 at 9:14 a.m. for driving while suspended, battery against a law enforcement officer, criminal threat, assault on a law enforcement officer, obstructing legal process and disorderly conduct and was released on the same day at 3:41 p.m. per judge.

Moody, Charles Dexter, 18, 121 E. Siro Twin City, Ga., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 27, 2009 at 11:25 p.m. for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, fleeing to elude, reckless driving and is still being held at this time.

Kewley, Chase Tyler, 19, P.O. Box 61, Nine Hill Side Dr., Burlington, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 27, 2009 at 11:34 p.m. for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and is still being held at this time.

Sears, Marte Dejamonte, 18, 2108 S. Horton, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 27, 2009 at 11:25 p.m. for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and is still being held at this time.

Dick, Shirley Ilene, 44, 323 S. Main, Apt. No. 5, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 28, 2009 at 5:40 p.m. for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident. She was released the same day at 10:27 p.m. on a $1500 bond.

Nuzum, Billy James, 20, 1515 S. Broadway, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 28, 2009 at 6 p.m. to serve a 48 hour sentence. He was released on Aug. 30, 2009 at 6 p.m. for time served.

Collins, Jacob Wesley, 21, 805 Margrave, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 28, 2009 at 11:19 p.m. on multiple Bourbon County warrants. He is still being held at this time.

Brown, Christopher Ray, 28, 501 S. Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 29, 2009 at 11:34 p.m. on a Linn County warrant. He was realeased the next day at 10:29 a.m. on a $500 bond.

Ellis, Jade Duel, 20, 615 Lowman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 29, 2009 at 12:40 a.m. for minor in possession of alcohol. He was released on the same day at 10:16 a.m. on a $250 bond.

Simons, Kevin Ray, 44, 6889 Hwy. 31E., West Moreland, Tenn., was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 29, 2009 at 2:37 a.m. for aggravated battery. He is still being held at this time.

Wells, David Allen, 46, 256A RR No. 1, Hume, Mo., was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Aug. 29, 2009 at 7:20 p.m. for DUI. He was released the same day at 11:19 p.m. on a $1500 bond.

Poole, Jimmy Adrian, Jr., 30, 1422 S. Clark, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Aug. 30, 2009 at 12:33 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released the same day at 3:21 a.m. on a $250.78 cash bond.

Scott, Jayson Randolph, 23, 507 E. 23rd St., Pittsburg, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 30, 2009 at 1:27 a.m. for battery and criminal trespass. He was released on the same day at 7:53 p.m. on a $1000 bond.

Yount, Grace Noel, 19, 201 S. Lincoln, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Aug. 30, 2009 at 1:27 a.m. for battery and criminal trespass. She was released the same day at 7:45 a.m. on a $1000 bond.

Brooks, Ryan O'Neil, 45, 501 S. Wilson St., Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 1, 2009 at 9:37 a.m. on a commitment order. He is still being held at this time.

Keedy, Autumn Rene, 19, 7 S. Crawford, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 1, 2009 at 12:41 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant. She was released the same day at 2:04 p.m. on a $5000 bond.

Miller, Ron Lyn, 22, 2 N. Main Apt. No. 302, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Sept. 1, 2009 at 4:53 p.m. on a Bates County, Mo. warrant and a McDonald County, Mo. warrant. He is still being held at this time.
