Poyner, Jeffery Scott, 37, 11 N. Caldwell, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 10:32 a.m. on August 20, 2009 for child support and is still being held at this time.

Stroud, Bobbie Jo, 31, 2490 Limestone, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 7:09 p.m. on August 20, 2009 for contempt of court and was released the same day at 8:53 p.m. on a $1000 bond.

Boring, Joseph Aaron, 21, 1915 S. Hunington Lot 21 B, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department at 9:05 p.m. on August 20, 2009 for transporting an open container and was released the same day at 11:13 p.m. on a $250 bond.

Eastwood, Tommy Jacob, 26, 728 S. Judson, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department at 9:04 p.m. on August 20, 2009 for driving while suspended and transporting an open container. He was released at 10:22 p.m. the same day on a $1500 bond.

Fry, William Jewell, Jr., 25, 509 Osbun, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 10:10 a.m. on August 21, 2009 on a Bourbon County warrant. He was released at 11:53 a.m. the same day on a $582 bond.

Robertson, David Lloyd, 68, 1736 E. Oak, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department at 2:49 p.m. on August 21, 2009 for aggravated battery. He is still being held at this time.
