Monica Trudy Lattimer, age 54, resident of 1825 Quail Road, Fort Scott, Kansas, died Saturday, August 1, 2009, at her home.
She was born November 22, 1954, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the daughter of Almon Dail Jackson and Frances Lavervia Haddox Jackson.
Monica married Alvin Glen (J. R.) Lattimer Jr. in 1981.
Prior to her illness she was employed as customer service manager at Wal-Mart.
Monica loved NASCAR racing, flowers and gardening.
Survivors include her husband, J. R., of the home; four sons, Johnny Ingle, Myrtle Beach, Jessie Ingle and wife Claudia, Dail Ingle and wife Candice, all of Fort Worth, Texas and Eric Ingle and wife Jennifer, Columbus, Mississippi; one daughter Rachel Clemmons and husband Brad, Columbus, Mississippi; three brothers, Marty Jackson, Myrtle Beach, Kelly Jackson, Savanna, Georgia, and Tony Jackson of Texas; her mother, Frances Jackson, Myrtle Beach and her mother-in-law, Joy Heisele, Flemington, Missouri.
Also surviving are eight grandchildren; Regan Ingle, Ryleigh Ingle, Jackie Ingle, Austin Ingle, Dallas Ingle, Madisyn Ingle, Clay Clemmons and Caiden Clemmons.
Following cremation, Rev. Waylon Ingle will conduct Memorial Services at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Cheney Witt Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Chapel Grove Cemetery, Fort Scott.
