Sports Notebook: FSCC women's basketball camp

ch Stasha Richards will host a Basketball All-Stars Camp July 13-16 at Arnold Arena on the FSCC campus. This camp is open to kids ages 5 through high school age. The camp will cover a range of basketball skills from fundamental through advanced. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own sack lunch although they can be picked up for lunch by their parents and returned for the afternoon session. However, another skill set will be taught during lunch.

A Farewell to Camp Cookout, included in each camper's tuition, will be held on the final day. An exhibition of the skills learned at camp will be held first, giving the parents an opportunity to see their child's progress first-hand. The cookout will follow.

Cost of the camp is $65 per camper which includes a camp T-shirt or camp basketball. A multi-child discount will apply.
