Danielle Wiese- Jayson Leek

Jay and Julie Leek, Fort Scott, Kan., and Susan Delong, Royal Oak, Mich., announce the engagement of Dr. Danielle Wiese and Jayson Leek.

The bride-elect is a professor at Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, Mich.

The prospective groom graduated from Fort Scott High School in 2000 and Northwestern University in 2004.

He is a chef at Gill's Blue Crab Lounge in Grand Rapids.

A July 11 wedding is planned, with a reception at 240th and Jayhawk Road, Fort Scott, at 5 p.m.
