Nevada High School to host football camps

NEVADA, Mo. -- The Nevada Tiger Football coaching staff is offering three different football camps this July to anyone entering third through 12th grades in the upcoming school year.

For boys entering grades 9-12, camp begins July 20, at 8 a.m., at a cost of $40. Boys entering grades 9--12 who are planning on playing football this season are encouraged to contact Nevada High School head football coach Jay Fleeman at (417) 684-4304 about other camp information and the first day of practice in August.

For boys entering seventh and eighth grades, camp is July 27-29 from 5-6:30 p.m. The cost of this camp is $25 and also includes a camp T-shirt.

For boys entering third through sixth grades, camp is July 27-29, from 7-8:30 p.m. The cost of this camp is $25 and also includes a camp T-shirt.

The deadline to register for any of the three camps is Friday, July 3. Registration forms can be picked up at Truman Elementary, Nevada Middle School, Nevada High School, Sports Stuff, and at the Walton Family Aquatic Center.
