Mary Amanda Larrabee, age 46, a former resident of Kansas City and more recently of Fort Scott, Kansas, died unexpectedly Monday, June 8, 2009, at her home.
She was born March 31, 1963, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Mary married Mike Larabee on September 2, 1990, at Kansas City, Kansas.
She had been employed as a warehouse manager for Universal Press Syndicate in Kansas City until ill health forced her retirement.
She enjoyed sewing and cooking.
Survivors include her husband, Mike, of the home; three sons, Melchor "Max" Garcia, Kansas City, Missouri, Charles Vincent Begulia, Fort Scott, Kansas and Micheal Louis Larrabee, Jr., Fort Scott, Kansas; four daughters, Pam Turner, Fort Scott, Misty Dawn Larrabee and Shera Begulia both of Kansas City, Missouri, and Melisa Larrabee, Fort Scott, Kansas.
Also surviving are two brothers, Michael Hart, Kansas City, Missouri, and Joe Hart, Fort Scott, Kansas; and seven grandchildren.
Pastor Randy Bloomer will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m., Friday, June 12, 2009, at the Cheney Witt Memorial Chapel.
Burial will follow in the U. S. National Cemetery.
