Fowler -- 50 years

Larry and Mary Fowler, Sheldon, Mo., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 26, 2009. Larry and Mary were married on June 26, 1959, in Carthage, Mo., at the First Christian Church by Forrest G. Bailey.

The Fowlers are the parents of Terry and wife Tami, Olathe, Kan., Larry and wife DaLynne, Nevada, Perry and wife Kelly, Sheldon, Mo., Sherry Regers, Hume, Mo., and Mary Jane McHenry and husband Larry, Nevada. They have 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

To honor their parent's 50th wedding anniversary, the children of Larry and Mary Fowler will host a reception on June 27, 2009, at 6 p.m. at their parents' home in Sheldon.
