Madeline Louise Osborne, age 6, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away suddenly May 1, 2009, at North Kansas City Hospital after collapsing from unknown causes on the school playground at Outreach Christian School. She was born at NKC Hospital on May 27, 2002, to parents Noel Gregory and Jennifer Louise Lundeen Osborne.
She is survived by her parents, and her two brothers, Levi Gregory Osborne, age 5, and Tucker Michael Osborne, 19 months, of the home. She is also survived by her paternal grandparents, Gregory and Penny Louise Beadell Osborne, Mound City; and maternal grandparents, Michael Gordon and Joyce Louise Tucker Lundeen, Fort Scott. Also surviving is her great grandfather, Albert Beadell, Phoenix; her uncle Joseph Osborne, Mound City; her aunt and uncle, Lisa Louise Osborne-Warne and Alan Warne, Phoenix; and her cousin, Aurora Osborne, Mound City. She also leaves behind a host of family and friends.
She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior on December 23, 2008.
A memorial service was held for her May 4, 2009, at Outreach Christian School with school pastor, Jackie Taylor officiating.
Pastor David Streilow will conduct funeral services Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. in the Cheney Witt Chapel. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
