God's priceless gift isn't always displayed

When I was in my early twenties I, like every hippy on the planet, took up macramé. I remember knotting and twisting and adding beads to just about every kind of hanging planter you can imagine. There weren't enough ceilings to support the wonders I crafted. But soon I tired of macramé and my hobby-love turned to needlepoint where I found an endless supply of designs for my creative prowess. Starting out with small, intricate designs, I developed artistic skills that anyone would admire, and soon I was needlepointing much grander designs. My ultimate masterpiece was an owl. Yes, you read right. An owl. Three feet high and framed in faux wood -- how it didn't land in the Metropolitan Museum of Art is anyone's guess.
