Survivors include his wife, Kathy, of the home; three sons, David Earl Ross, Fort Scott, Kansas, John Martin Ross, Fort Scott, Kansas, and Daniel Lee Ross, Linn Valley, Kansas; and a daughter, Suzie Renee Cliffman, Fort Scott. Also surviving are his parents, Noland and Thelma Ross, Overland Park, Kansas; a brother, Larry Ross, Lawrence, Kansas; three sisters, Sharon Crumby, Harrisonville, Missouri, Faye Williams and Wanda Espinosa, both of Overland Park, Kansas; fifteen grandchildren, Tim, Matt, Elizabeth, Dylan, Eddie, Christy, Sarah, Essence, Eric, Alexis, Gavin, Olivia, Danielle, Tarin, and Malia; and a great-grandson, Gavin David.
Pastor Jim Cox will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 29, 2008, at the Cheney Witt Chapel. Burial will follow in the Mapleton Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Cheney Witt Chapel.
