Virgil -- Donna (Scott) Spencer celebrate 50 years

Virgil and Donna (Scott) Spencer will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008.

Their children, Steve and Sherri Spencer and family, Kathy and Mike Workman and family, Larry and Shannon Spencer and family, and Keri and Dan Purinton and family, will host a reception in their honor at the home of their son, Larry, 330 Hemlock, Mound City, from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., Sun. Oct. 26. The couple requests no gifts. Everyone is invited to attend and share their memories.
