Leonard Edwin Newman Jr.

Leonard Edwin Newman Jr., age 70, former resident of 1310 S. Little, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008 at Fort Scott Manor Nursing Home.

He was born March 4, 1938 in Sandusky, Ohio. He moved Louisiana to Fort Scott in 1982.

He was a truck driver with Mid-Western Greg Post Trucking and GP Express. He attended Trinity Lutheran Church and was a member of the Elks.

There was cremation with service and burial in Morgan City, Louisiana. Services were under the direction of Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main.
