* Downing, Drake Dwight, 22, of 1502 S. Clark, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Thursday, Oct. 2, at 3:17 for transporting an open container and was released the same day at 5:18 a.m. on a $244 bond.

* Keener, Israel Zane, 33, of 205 18th Northeast Miami, Okla, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at 6:39 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for battery and criminal damage to property and is still being held at this time.

* Stewart, Eric Dean, 20, of 883 209th Terrace, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Thursday, Oct. 2, at 8:25 p.m. for driving while suspended and a Bourbon County warrant for driving while suspended and was released the same day at 10:38 p.m. on a $2,500 bond.

* Linker, Raymond Clinton, 47, 1022 West Fourth, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Thursday, Sept. 2, at 10:34 a.m. for probation violation and is still being held at this time.

* Thomas, Cristy Kay, 32, of 1605 W. Second, Chanute, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Thursday, Oct. 2, at 8:38 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for possession of methamphetamines and is still being held at this time.

* Gehrer, Rebecca Rae, 52, of 1602 E. Wall, Fort Scott was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Monday, Oct. 6, at 8 a.m. for a five day sentence and is still being held at this time.

* Fall, Monte D., 50, of 423 127th Terrace, Hiattville was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Monday, Oct. 6, 5:30 a.m. for domestic battery and criminal damage to property and is still being held at this time.

* Ivey, Randy Joe, 43, of 1230 E. Wall, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Sunday, Oct. 5, at 10:40 p.m. for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and criminal threat and was released on Monday, Oct. 6, at 2:25 a.m. on a $2,500 bond.

* Webb, Alan David, 62, of 10 North Washington, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Sunday, Oct. 5, at 10:40 p.m. for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass and was released on Monday, Oct. 6, at 2:30 a.m. on a $500 bond.

* Lotterer, Jared Wayne, 19, of 523 S. Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, Oct. 4, at 5:25 a.m. for DUI, transporting an open container, expired tags, illegal registration, and purchasing and consumption of alcohol by a minor and was released the same day at 6:43 on a $1,250 bond.

* Monroe, Kenny Dean, 23, of 620 S. Margrave, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Thursday, Oct. 2, at 10:29 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for battery and is still being held at this time.

* Lucas, James Robert, 30, of 408 Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Friday, Oct. 3, at 10:23 a.m. for a two-day sentence and a Bourbon County warrant for non-support of a child and is still being held at this time.

* Arvizu, Albert Lynn, 25, of 904 Emmert, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, Oct. 4, at 7:59 p.m. o a Bourbon County warrant for battery and a Crawford County warrant for non-support of a child and was released the same day at 9:18 p.m. on a $683 bond.

* Coverdell, Lance Christopher, 36, of Sixth and Holbrook, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Friday, Oct. 3, at 10 p.m. for a 48-hour sentence and was released on Sunday, Oct. 5, at 10:06 p.m. for time served.

* Gill, Michael Alan, 43, of 12 W. Fourth, Chanute, was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Saturday, Oct. 4, at 10:42 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a Neosho County warrant and was released on Sunday, Oct. 5, at 2:05 a.m. on a $2,000 bond.

* Minor, Billy Gale, 18, of 1301 Scott Ave., Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, Oct. 4, at 4:38 a.m. for transporting an open container and purchasing and consumption of alcohol by a minor and was released the same day at 6:43 a.m. on a $500 bond.
