WILLARD -- John Willard and Sirena Mick, Mound City, and siblings Sana, Hunter, Gaby and Eva, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and little sister, Jacey Rae Willard. Jacey was born at 6:25 a.m., Monday, September 8, 2008, at Mercy Health Center, Fort Scott. She weighed 8 pounds, 3.5 ounces at birth. Maternal grandparents are Rick and Kim Mick, Holton. Paternal grandparents are David and Kim Johnston, Mound City.
