* Cowlishaw, Jenna Ann, 24, of 808 Shepherd, Apt. 14, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, August 23, at 12:11 a.m. for obstruction of legal duty, obstruction of official duty and domestic battery. Cowlishaw was released on Monday, August 25, at 12:28 a.m. on a $3,500 bond.
* Floyd, Charles Edward, 43, of 111 Judson, Fort Scott was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Saturday, August 23, at 2:23 a.m. for unlawful acts and is still being held at this time.
* Caviness, Tamara Renee, 38, of 702 N. Linn, Frontenac, Kan., was arrested by Kansas Highway Patrol on Sunday, august 24, at 9:12 p.m. for no driver's license, no liability insurance coverage, an expired tag, and illegal registration. Caviness is still being held at this time.
* LaPiere, Matthew, 45, of 411 Burke, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Sunday, August 24, at 1:36 a.m. for fleeing to elude, reckless driving, DUI and driving while suspended and was released the same day at 2:58 a.m. on a $2,750 bond.
* Brannon, Deborah Kay, 51, of 401 Heylman, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Saturday, August 23, at 7:08 a.m. for domestic battery and was released the same day at 10:34 a.m. on a $2,500 bond.
* Morris, Paul Arnold, 33, of 123 N. Little, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Friday, August 22, at 10:18 p.m. for driving while suspended and was released the same day at 11:26 p.m. on a $500 bond.
* Baldwin, Kendra Jo, 25, of 323 W. Second Street, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office on Thursday, August 21, at 11:07 p.m. for possession of methamphetamine and is still being held at this time.
* Ruby, Anne Cline, 45, of 2547 Limestone, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Wednesday, August 20, at 10:18 p.m. for transporting an open container and was released the same day at 11:42 p.m. on a $250 bond.
* Grant, Ruben Eugene, 51, of 1717 E. Wall, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Wednesday, August 20, at 10:37 p.m. for driving while suspended and DUI and was released on Thursday, August 21, at 12:58 a.m. on a $1,000 bond.
* Morris, Paul Arnold, 33, of 123 N. Little, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County on Wednesday, August 20, at 11:12 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for nonsupport of a child and was released the same day at 1:46 p.m. on a $200 bond.
* Roberts, Ronnie Dean, 32, of 1511 215th Street, Lot 12, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff on Wednesday, August 20, at 9 a.m. for a five-day sentence and was released on Monday, August 25, at approximately 8:30 a.m.

* At 5:07 p.m. on Friday, August 22, Pump N Petes, 1920 S. Main, reported the theft of $47 worth of gasoline.
* At 3:42 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, Kelly Shay of 912 S. Judson, reported a burglary to her vehicle, resulting in the theft of CD's, valued at $400, and a graphing calculator, valued at $75.
* At 6:40 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, Alvin Metcalf, 1124 S. Crawford, reported burglaries to five vehicles, resulting in the theft of approximately $1,200 worth of missing items.
* At 7:12 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, Jennifer Murphy, 10 W. 10th Street, reported the theft of a blue 2000 GMC extended cab 4X4 truck license tag with the tag number XML341.
* At 7:59 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, Meredith Sewell, 411 W. 3rd Street reported a burglary to a vehicle, which resulted in an estimated $420 worth of items taken from the vehicle.
* At 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, Nancy Ayers, 306 Lowman, reported burglary to her vehicle, in which a stereo was taken.
* At 10:14 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, Renee Erie, 1502 E. Wall, reported the theft of a trash bag full of aluminum cans.
* At 10:31 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, The Fort Scott Tribune, 12 E. Wall, reported the theft of newspapers form eight different newspaper machines in various locations in Fort Scott.
* At 11:28 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, Alvin Metcalf reported the criminal use of a financial car at 1920 S. Main.
* At 1:36 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, Alicia Hansen, 738 Lowman, reported a burglary to a vehicle, in which items with an estimated value of $105 were taken.
* At 4:04 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, Henry Dodge, Jr., 309 Lowman, reported a burglary to a vehicle, in which a Pioneer CD player face plate and a Midland two-way radio were taken. The stolen items have an estimated value of $289.
* At 4:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, Zella Riley reported a burglary to a vehicle, in which $4 in change and the owner's manual to the vehicle was taken.
