Cory Joseph Reynolds

Cory Joseph Reynolds, age 15 of Macksville, Kan., died July 23, 2008, near Weir, Kan. Born Nov. 17, 1992 at Pittsburg, Kan., the son of James W. Curtis and Jennifer L. (Harper) Gibson. A resident of both Macksville and Weir, he completed his freshman year at Macksville High School.

Survivors include: both parents; stepfather, Terry Gibson, Macksville, Kan.; sister, Felicia Gibson, Columbus, Kan., brothers, Josh L. Reynolds, William T. Reynolds, and Jamie L. Curtis, all of Macksville, Kan.; Garrett Gibson and Brier Martin, of Columbus, Kan.; grandparents, Donald Curtis, Weir, Kan., Edward Gibson, Macksville, Mary Helms, Nevada, Mo., David and Ellen Harper, Bronson, Kan., great grandparents-Ruby Harper, Fort Scott, Kan., and Mildred Prescott, Larned, Kan.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m., today at the Macksville Christian Church, Macksville with Pastor Carey Haner presiding. Burial at the Farmington Cemetery, Macksville. Visitation was from 1 to 8 p.m., yesterday at Minnis Chapel, Macksville. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
