Rafael and Jaisha Murillo, of Pleasanton, Kan., and sibling Gabriel Murillo, are proud of announce the birth of their daughter and baby sister Amaris Marie Mecole Murillo. Amaris was born at 5:18 p.m., on July 21, 2008, at Mercy Health System, Fort Scott.

Maternal grandparents are Dean and Shelli Schoenhals, of Pleasanton, Kan. Maternal great-grandparents are, Joan Cox and the late Waldon Cox, of Pleasanton, Kan., and Helen Schoenhals, of Miami, Okla.

Paternal grandparents are Pedro and Bertha Murillo, of Lawson, Okla.
