* Logan, David Allen, 39, of 2205 Smith, Cematery Ray, Ga. was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department at 11:36 p.m. on Monday, June 23 by Fort Scott police officers for driving with a suspended driver's license and a Bourbon County warrant for worthless checks. He is still being held at this time.

* Webb, Andrew David, 21, of Rt. 1 Box 63A, Nevada, Mo. was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff Office at 1.26 p.m. on Monday, June 23 for burglary, theft and driving with a suspended license. He is still being held.

* Egbert, Michael Joseph, 52, of 10162 New Castle Lane, Carthage, Mo. was arrested by Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, June 24 at 7:48 for Driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. He was released on June 24 at 10:42 p.m. on a $1,000 bond.

* More, Michael Todd, 43, of 2306 Jewell Rd, Fort Scott was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff Office at 8:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25 on a warrant for possession of hallucinogenic and drug paraphernalia. He was released on June 25 at 8:55 on a $5,000 dollar bond.

* Curls, Foster Anthony, 26, of 423 S. National, Fort Scott was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff Department at 10:32 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25 for a 24-hour sentence and is still being held at this time.

* Ryan, Terry Dale, 49, of 1637 Maple, Carthage, Mo. was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff office on Friday, June 27 at 2:41 p.m. on a Bourbon County warrant for driving while suspended and expired tag. Ryan was released on Friday at 4:30 p.m. on a $2,500 bond.

* Heitman, Johny Lee, 20, of 3600 Gabriel Apt. 308, Parsons, Kan. was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Sunday, June 29, at 1:55 a.m. hours for purchase and consumption of alcohol by a minor and DUI. Heitman was released on Sunday at 5:24 a.m. on a $750 bond.

* Leatherman, Clinton Mark, 20, 1920 Hunington 35 C, Fort Scott, was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Sunday, June 29, at 2:58 a.m. for purchase and consumption of alcohol by a minor and a DUI. Leatherman was released on Sunday at 5:24 a.m. on a $750 bond.

* Bell, Brandon Steven, 36, of 20 S. Little, Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Sunday, June 29 at 4:04 a.m. for aggravated battery and criminal restraint. Bell was released on Sunday at 5:32 a.m. on a $3,500 bond.

* Wilson, Geoffrey Charles, 28, of 2323 Jewell Rd. Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Friday, June 27 at 10:48 p.m. for possession marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilson was released on Sunday at 11:09 p.m. for nothing filed.

* Black, Kelly Lynn, 43, of 521 Pyle, Fort Scott was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff Department on Friday, June 27, at 9:30 a.m. on a Bourbon County warrant and is still being held at this time.

* Metcalf, Nicholas Andrew, 28, of 4 N. Eddy, Apt. 1, Fort Scott was arrested by Fort Scott Police on Friday, June 27 at 10:48 p.m. for DUI, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and liability insurance coverage required. Metcalf is still being held at this time.
