Keeney -- 50 years

Don and Oda Keeney, of Fort Scott, Kan., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary today Saturday, June 28, 2008, at the Methodist Church, in Fort Scott, with a reception hosted by Darrell and Dale Keeney and their families.

Don Keeney and the former Oda Harlow were married June 27, 1948, in Pawnee Station, Kan. They have two children and five grandchildren, with a sixth grandchild due in October.
