| Submitted photo Local resident Darcy Smith presents the keys of a new Snapper lawn mower to local resident Robert Findley, who won the prize following a raffle conducted by Beta Sigma Phi, a local non-profit organization that also sponsored a 20-member team for the recent Bourbon County Relay for Life event on Friday and Saturday. Smith is a member of the Beta Sigma Phi team, which raised more than $3,000 during the raffle. All of the proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Bourbon County Relay for Life organization. Auto Parts of Fort Scott donated the new mower for the purposes of the raffle. |
