DAVID MICHAEL ANTHONY

David Michael Anthony, age 54, resident of Fort Scott, Kan., died Thursday, June 12, 2008 at his home. He was born February 25, 1954 in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Wallace H. Anthony and Elizabeth Sue Lichtenberg Anthony. David worked in the Anthony Fire Extinguisher business and had worked for a short period in Kansas City. He was a graduate of Fort Scott High School.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Wally and Linda Anthony, Lake Fort Scott; one daughter, Susanne Peel and husband Brad, Fort Scott; three brothers, Dennis Anthony, Lawrence, Kan., Danny Anthony, Canton, Mich. and Wallace Anthony Jr., Springfield, Mo. Also surviving are three step-brothers, Michael Ray Antony, Las Vegas, Nd., Jeffrey Hunt, San Antonia, Texas and David Hunt, Tulsa, Okla.; and four grandchildren. There was cremation with no services planned at this time. Arrangements are by Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main, Fort Scott.
