Survivors include his mother, Eloise Sinn, Fort Scott; son, Bart Jason Chinn and daughter, Rachelle Sprague, both of Fort Scott. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Sarah Headley, Odessa, Missouri, Lee Sprague, Justice Sprague, Garrett Chinn, Darius Chinn and Mia Hull, all of Fort Scott; and his fiancé, Connie Pryor. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Chinn and step-father, Michael Sinn.
Rev. Jared Witt will conduct funeral services at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, June 19, in the Cheney Witt Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in U.S. National Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Olson Frary Burkhart Post No. 1165 V.F.W. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Cavalry Crossing Activity Fund and may be sent to Cheney Witt Chapel, P.O.
