Molly Foster Berry DAR meets in Kress Tea Room

Six members and one guest, Marilyn Bailey, Phoenix, Ariz., were hosted for pie and coffee in the Kress Tea room by Mary Ann French, May 16. The meeting was called to order by usual protocol with recitation of Ritual, Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag, and The American's Creed.

The President General's message was read by Mary Ann French.

The National Defense report was given by Nolene Whiteside.

Minutes of previous meeting were read by Grace Hendrix and accepted as read.

Treasure's report was given by Nolene Whiteside.

An Indian Minute, about how the Thunderbird was motive of the plains Indian, was given by Bernita Hill.

A Constitution Minute, in which the preamble was read, was given by Mary Ann French.

Ola Mae Earnest was installed as the Librarian of Molly Foster Berry NSDAR.

The Officer's report which included the meeting of Oceanious Hopkins, invitation to the meeting, and an acknowledgement from Veteran's Affairs for the box sent to the veterans, was read.

There was a Tornado Victim's Collection from 9 to 5.

The Program, given by Avis Stradley, told of her collection of Cameo and a display was shown of many of her Cameo's such as the three muses, nemphs dancing, watch band cameo and ring, hand made mirror and brush, an old compact, a music box, seven popuree containers and a bar of soap.

The meeting was adjourned with the Daughter's Pledge.
