Survivors include her husband, Frank, of the home; one son, Ronald Brown, Kansas City; two daughters, Ronnette Bincent and husband Pat, Hiattville, Kansas and Melinda Collins, Fort Scott; one step-son, Lonnie Moore and wife Stormy, Fort Scott; and one step-daughter, Brenda Hathaway and husband David, Fulton, Kansas. Also surviving are three brothers, Richard Ham, Grove, Oklahoma, Howard Ham, Fort Scott and Dale Ham, Orange Grove, California; two sisters, Helen Bean Green, Fort Scott and Jean Ham, Arcadia, Kansas; one step daughter-in-law, Stephanie Aherns, Arizona; four grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren and one step-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, David Brown and one step-son, David Moore.
According to her wishes, following cremation, private family services were held. Memorials in her honor may be made to the Shrine Children's Transportation Fund and may be sent to Cheney Witt Chapel, P.O. Box 347, Fort Scott, Kansas 66701.
