Four Fort Scott Community College sophomore baseball players recently signed letters of intent with four-year schools for next season. Third baseman Trevor Geist (front, left) signed with Northwestern State (La.), a Division I school and member of the Southland Conference. Pitcher Joel Ricketts (font, center) will pitch for Washburn University. Pitcher Taylor Hall (front, right) will pitch at Fort Hays State University. Outfielder Zach Caldwell, not pictured, who became FSCC's all-time stolen base leader with 82 during his Greyhound career, will play at Missouri Southern.

With Geist, Ricketts and Taylor as they signed were (back, from left) FSCC assistant coach Ryan Mansfield and head coach Chris Moddelmog.
