The Fort Scott chapter of the Daughters of the Nile, Azrim Temple No. 81 welcomed Queen Sheri Smith to their annual dinner held in the First Presbyterian Church and catered by Kathy Reed, Monday, April 28.

Accompanying Queen Sheri were Princess Royal, Dee Zortz and Princess Badoura, Desiree Kepley.

Following the meal Queen Sh eri installed next year's officers: President Jackie Warren; Vice President Pam Lyons; Secretary Margaret Clark and Treasurer Ruth Farmer.

Past Queens in attendance included Neural Regan 1963; Clara Schwartz 1981; Bemiece Buell 1987; Patty LaFever 1989 and Mary Lou Williams 2002.

Other officers included Princess Banker Vickie Gregory; Princess Marshall Pat Cummings; Princess Nydia Debbie Jahay; Princess Zulieka Debra Cummmgs and Attendant Terri Blessant.

A silent auction was held during the evening to raise funds to help the local chapter support the Shrine Crippled Childrens' hospitals.
