Barbara was a member of Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, and participated in several Bridge Clubs, and a Pot Luck Social Group.
She is survived by her children; Rich Aydelotte and his wife Jonnie, of Fort Scott, and Elizabeth Cation and her husband Dale, also of Fort Scott, four grandchildren; Chris Lamb of Fort Scott, Jeremy Lamb of Topeka, Kansas, Kimble Aydelotte of Overland Park, Kansas, and Taylor Cation of Fort Scott, and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Richard, she was also preceded in death by her parents.
Father Darrin May will conduct the Funeral Mass for Barbara 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008 at the Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Visitation will be Wednesday April 23, 2008 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's School, or to Mercy Palliative Care, and left in the care of the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home, 15 W. Wall Street, P.O. Box 309, Fort Scott, Kansas, 66701.
