Marmaton Valley led the opener 4-0 after three innings and 5-1 after four. The Eagles scored in each of the last four innings, including a five-run rally in the seventh that made it 9-5 at the time.
"After a slow start, we were able to get on base and score," Uniontown head coach Alan Shinn said. "We were again able to come from behind and win."
Heather Schnichels led the offense, going four for four. Candice Clayton and Jessie Camac each had two hits. Uniontown had 13 hit in all with Rayma Ridge getting a double and Juliea Decker, Ithaca Marlier, Diana Ayers and Kyli Harvey each getting singles.
Alison Warren allowed six runs on six hits but only walked one and struck out six.
Marmaton Valley pitcher Kayla Bigelow "had us completely baffled for the entire (second) game," according to Shinn. She held the Eagles to four hits, walked only one and struck out eight.
Schnichels had two of those four hits for the Eagles and went six for seven in the doubleheader. Harvey and Ridge had the other two hits.
Uniontown isn't scheduled to play again until April 24. The Eagles will go to Mound City to play host Jayhawk-Linn and visiting Altoona-Midway in a triangular.
