Four members of the Fort Scott Kids Wrestling Club will be going to the state tournament this Saturday and Sunday at the Kansas Expocentre in Topeka. Club coach Russ Hughes and team memebers (clockwise from upper left) Victor Hughes, Brendon Blackburn, Johnathan Lopp and Trey Holston will represent the club. Hughes was the district tournament champion in the 12-and-under, 105-pound class. Blackburn was third in 12-and-under 150 pounds. Lopp placed second in 12-and-under, 96 pounds. And Holston was fourth in the eight-and-under, 58-pound class.
