Survivors include his wife, Joanne, of the home; a daughter, Tedena Tucker and husband Rick, Fort Scott; two granddaughters; Stephanie Tucker, Fort Scott, and Heather Engstrom and husband, Scott, Fort Scott; and two great-grandsons, Taylor and Brayden Engstrom. Also surviving are two brothers, James Leland Kelley and wife, Pat, Providence, Rhode Island and Joe Kelley and wife, Vicky, Sand Springs, Oklahoma; two sisters, Loretta Kelley, Fort Scott and Teresa Russell and husband Kevin, Fort Scott; and a sister-in-law, Nancy Kelley, Springfield, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gerald Kelley.
Pastor Brett Martin will conduct graveside services at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 29, 2008, at the Memory Gardens Cemetery. Family and friends may meet at the Cheney Witt Chapel prior to leaving for the cemetery at 10:45 A.M. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Cheney Witt Chapel.
