Police report

* Greenway, Billy E., 59, Fort Scott, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. Friday by Fort Scott Police for domestic battery and obstruction of legal duty/official duty and released the same day on $3,500 bond.

* Kelsey, Douglas J., 29, Fort Scott, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Sunday by FSPD on a Crawford County warrant and was released the same day on $600 bond.

* Franks, Charles K., 52, Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. by KHP for driving under the influence, transporting an open container, obstruction of official duty and driving with suspended license.

* Breese, Joseph, 25, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. Saturday by FSPD for probation violation.

* Taylor, Antonio D., 19, Blue Springs, Mo., was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Saturday by FSPD for burglary, misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property and released the same day on $3,000 bond.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a theft Friday at Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2500 S. Main St. Shoplifters stole a color camera, valued at $40, and a night vision wireless color camera, valued at $89.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a burglary and criminal damage at Dunn's Liquor Store, 1801 S. National Ave. Officers took a report of a damaged glass window in the building and discovered that five bottles of Crown Royal and three bottles of rum were allegedly taken from the store. The liquor value totaled $218.

* Fort Scott Police responded to a burglary/theft Sunday at the Fort Scott National Guard Armory, 2301 S. Horton St. Officers took a report of two chain saws, fire extinguishers and various tools and equipment stolen from the building. The value of the equipment missing was $903.

Sheriff's report

* Heenan, Lisa M., 39, Fort Scott, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. Saturday by Bourbon County Deputy Sheriffs on a Rice County warrant and was released the same day on $2,000 bond.

* Howard, Jonathon S., 21, Fort Scott, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. Saturday by sheriff's deputies on a Bourbon County warrant for no driver's license.

KHP

* Caylor, Marion J., 57, Mapleton, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Saturday by Kansas Highway Patrol for driving with suspended license, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, expired illegal registration, and no liability insurance coverage required.
