Benjamin Riley Phillips, a boy, was born at 10:19 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008 at Mercy Health Center to parents Adam and Kimberly Phillips, Fort Scott. He weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces at birth. He joins one sibling; Keira Ryan Phillips. Maternal grandparents are Ron and Deborah Parker, Redfield. Paternal grandfather is Dan Phillips, Harrisonville, Mo. Paternal grandmother is the late Nancie Phillips.
