Chili and soup feed for fire victims

The Uniontown FFA Chapter will conduct a benefit chili and soup supper from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at West Bourbon Elementary School, 602 Fifth St., Uniontown.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the family of local resident Courtney Clayton, whose family was forced to relocate after a fire completely destroyed their house and belongings on Jan. 15.

The event is open to the public, who will be able to enjoy a piping hot bowl of chili or soup and a delicious homemade dessert. All free will donations will go to help Courtney and her family. The event is sponsored by the Uniontown FFA Chapter.
