Lane Randall Milburn, a boy, was born to parents Kristyn and Matt Milburn at 7:19 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008, at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott, Kan. He weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces at birth. Maternal grandparents are Don and Janice Schubert, Mound City and Donald and Lori Hicks, Tunas, Mo. Maternal great-grandparents are Earlene and the late R. L. Davis, Moscow, Kan., and Dottie Hicks and the late Dean Hicks, Longlane, Mo. Paternal grandparents are Duke and Pam Milburn, Fulton, Kan. Paternal great-grandparents are Colen and Bonnie Milburn, Fort Scott, and the late Nina Milburn, Fort Scott.
