In late November, crews began preparing the site for construction of the $7.7 million, 33,000-square-foot facility, which is set to begin later this month. In recent weeks, crews have installed utility lines and cables underneath the construction site, and are currently moving dirt and rocks to and from the site in order to level the ground before construction on the facility begins, Crossland officials said.
