Jeanne Webb Cady, 70, passed away Nov. 13, 2007, in Ennis, Texas.
She will be put to rest in Fort Scott National Cemetery in Kansas with her husband Charles W. Cady who preceded her in death in September 1995. Jeanne was born on Jan. 13, 1937 to parents Ellis Webb and Ina Bland Webb in Oklahoma City, Okla. On Dec. 12, 1977 she married Charles W. Cady. They lived in Fort Scott, and in 1995, she moved to Ennis.
Jeanne is survived by her four children; Glenn Guinn and his wife Sharon of Lufkin; Glenda Guinn Kerr and her husband F.C. "Bud" of Ferris; Gayland Guinn and his wife Tamara of Lawrence, Kansas; and Ernest D. Johnson of Olathe, Kansas; twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Jeanne Cady lived in several towns in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. After her husband passed away, she moved to Texas with her daughter for the remainder of her life.
Services will be Friday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. in Keever Chapel under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Internment will be Monday, Nov. 19, at 2:30 p.m. at Fort Scott National Cemetery in Kansas.
