SHEPPARD -- Weston Scott Sheppard, a boy, was born at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, at Mercy Health Center to parents Sabrina Jackson and Charles Sheppard, Mound City. He weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces at birth. He joins a brother, Jonathan Jackson. Maternal grandparents are John Jackson, Mound City, and Sherri Jackson, Fort Scott. Paternal great-grandparents are Edna Atherton and Otto Atherton, Pleasanton.
