Survivors include his wife, Vivian, of the home; two daughters; Carmen Thrasher, McCloud, Okla. and Shelly Lowry and husband Harry, Chanute, Kan., two brothers, Earl Gene Bloesser, Raymore, Mo., and Don Bloesser, Redfield, Kan., two sisters Sherry Bolyard, Pleasanton, Kan., and Sandra Ward, Fort Scott. Also surviving is a son-in-law, Carl Hill, Parsons; one grandson, Vincent Hill, five granddaughters, Samantha Sevart and husband Jim, Brittani Lowry, Kelcey Lowry, Kaleena Thrasher and Jaimie Thrasher and two great-grandchildren, Rhylee and Andie Sevart. He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Amanda Rhea Hill.
A nephew, Rev. Bryan L. Keith, will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, in the Cheney Witt Chapel. Following funeral services there will be a cremation. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 17, in the Richland Cemetery, Richards. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
