Payton Dwane Bowling, a boy, was born at Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2007 at 11:31 a.m. to mother Stephanie Bowling, Fort Scott. He weighed 7 pounds and 13 and one half ounces at birth. Maternal grandparents Danny and Anita Hall, Fort Scott. Paternal grandparents are Steve and Toni McNeal, Poplar Bluff, Mo.
