First Don Dennis tourney Sept. 1

The First Annual Don Dennis Memorial Golf Tournament will be held September 1 at Fort Scott Country Club. Play will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

The tournament is a four-person scramble. Flights will be based on the number of teams entered. There will be hole prizes and drawings.

The entry fee is $50 per person or $200 per team. The fee includes green fees, a mulligan and lunch.
