Fort Scott Tiger scrimmage scheduled for Aug. 24.

The Fort Scott Tiger Football Squad will be conducting its annual Red/White Scrimmage on Friday, Aug. 24 at Frary Field. As in past years, freshmen will start at 6 p.m. and the varsity/junior varsity will scrimmage in various combinations following. Admission to the scrimmage will be a bottle of water or a sports drink.

The volleyball team will also conduct a Red/White scrimmage beginning at 4:30 p.m. that same evening in the high school gym. Hotdogs and bottled water will be served free of charge around 5:30 p.m. following the volleyball scrimmage just north of the commons.

"Everyone come out and support the Tigers on Aug. 24th in this preseason event," said Larry Fink, FSHS athletic director in a statement.
